Refund/Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be given for any program up to a week before the start of the program. The only exception to this is club team fees which are non refundable once a position has been accepted. A 50% refund will be given for programs that start between 48 hours and 7 days. No refund will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of a program, but we will endeavor to switch you to another program/week if available.
